KYC Verification In BingoLiner
BingoLiner runs KYC checks to confirm identity, residential address, and ownership of the payment method before allowing certain account actions.
- Identity (ID/Passport): BingoLiner requests a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a readable photo. If the ID has two sides, BingoLiner requires both sides. The account holder’s name on the document must match the BingoLiner profile.
- Address proof: BingoLiner requests a document that shows the account holder’s full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government letter. Screenshots are rejected if they do not show the issuer name, date, and full address on one page.
- Payment method: BingoLiner requests proof that the deposit method belongs to the account holder when a card or bank transfer is used. For a bank card, BingoLiner asks for a photo of the card where only the last 4 digits are visible, while the full card number and CVV are covered. For bank transfers, BingoLiner asks for a bank statement or online banking page showing the account holder name and the IBAN or account number (sensitive balances can be covered). E-wallets are verified through a screenshot or statement that shows the wallet account name/email and recent transaction details with BingoLiner.
BingoLiner triggers verification when you request a withdrawal, when total withdrawals reach €2,000, when deposit or withdrawal patterns change, when you update personal details, or when the risk system flags the account for manual review.
After you upload documents, BingoLiner completes checks in 15 minutes to 24 hours. If a document is unclear, expired, cropped, or does not match the account data, the review pauses until a corrected file is provided, which extends the timeline.
